Paola is a professional educator with over twenty years of experience, dedicated to teaching students across all grades, as well as future and newly qualified teachers. Her work focuses on creating high-quality curricula and inspiring and motivating generations of students and teachers. Throughout her career, Paola has worked as a teacher, lead teacher, mentor, and school director both in and outside Italy. She has also worked in prestigious international institutions, including the United World College in Italy, New York University in the United States, University of Melbourne and Swinburne University in Australia, Italian Institute of Culture in Spain and Australia, and YMCA and Donvale Montessori in Australia. Over the past ten years, she has focused on early childhood, a crucial period in every person’s life, specialising in the Montessori method and becoming a passionate advocate. In Australia, Paola managed and taught in pre-schools, creating bilingual (English and Italian) curricula and inspiring teams of teachers. She is also an advocate for children’s and adolescents’ rights. She considers the Montessori method essential in helping children develop in today’s ever-changing world and building a peaceful future. Paola obtained a master’s degree in Humanities with distinction from the University of Trieste, a Master of Arts (M.A.) from New York University, a Graduate Diploma of Education from RMIT University in Melbourne, and a Montessori Diploma 3-6 AMI in Australia.
